phluck Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Member") and phluck ("phluck," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phluck.one. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet through phluck, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by phluck, including but not limited to online slots, live casino games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and any promotional or bonus programs. phluck reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing phluck on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To register and use phluck, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed by PAGCOR regulations. phluck strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register as Members.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phluck, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phluck or by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

phluck reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each individual may hold only one (1) phluck account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phluck login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phluck will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

phluck implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

phluck accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. phluck does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. phluck aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. GCash withdrawals are typically the fastest, often clearing within minutes of approval.

phluck reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if phluck has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. All transactions are monitored for compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

Deposits made to your phluck account are for gaming purposes only. phluck does not pay interest on account balances. Funds deposited into your phluck account are not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme.

phluck offers various bonuses and promotional programs to its Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus credit form and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• phluck reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to your account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonus programs, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• phluck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on phluck are sourced from certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited and certified for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the game information panels.

phluck does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phluck's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phluck will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at phluck's discretion. phluck shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules, which are published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, phluck's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with published rules, shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phluck and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any game software or platform code.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phluck staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be forfeited.

phluck employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. phluck cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation of illegal activity.

phluck is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from phluck. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the phluck platform, including but not limited to the phluck name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the exclusive property of phluck or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phluck platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phluck platform without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of phluck's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phluck, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

phluck's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phluck account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phluck does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phluck makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

phluck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phluck determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined to be connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Where termination is not for cause, phluck will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your phluck account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phluck's support team at [email protected] and allow phluck a period of thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute informally. phluck is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process.

phluck reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phluck will notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the phluck platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at phluck.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
